La ubicación es frente a una avenida muy transitada, por lo cual hay ruido de vehículos.

For the price the room was absolutely adequate in size with excellent hot water and water pressure in the shower. The rooftop pool and fitness room are lovely and a great perk at this price point.

The road was nearly impossible to safely cross, the area is well known for crime and drug use...I was approached several times by locals warning me that I was not safe and had a rather unpleasant interaction with a person clearly under the influence of drugs. The noise from the honking cars on the road is day and night and very disruptive to working, relaxing and sleeping. Upon check-in there was hair in my bed on the top sheet and bottom sheet, on the floor and stuck to the shower wall.

Internet, Warmwasser, Klimaanlage und Zimmer-Service waren sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage am Rande von Bella Vista ist sehr gut, man erreicht in Kürze Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Innenstadt und der "Malecon" sind einfach erreichbar.

Schöne Dachterrasse mit einem Sitzbad und Fitnessstudio.

Sehr kleines Zimmer und ebensolchem Badezimmer, keine Gläser, kein Wasser und an Hauptstrasse sehr laut. Fenster kann man schlecht öffnen.
