Loved the pool!

Place served its purpose for our one night stay but for the cost I was expecting better accommodations. Doors didn’t shut completely, could see visible light through all exterior doors. Coconut King room has its own private balcony overlooking White street which is super nice but the rest of the place left a lot to be desired. Remote was super sticky like the plastic had started peeling from sun/heat exposure and took five minutes for TV to become functional. Toilet also required tinkering otherwise it would fill the tank every couple minutes. Mini fridge also had a couple spills that weren’t cleaned especially the freezer looked like mold.

The pool is very nice and warm. The room and terrace are also very pleasant. On the other hand, to check in you have to go into town and you can't park. We didn't know that.We searched for the office for a long time before finding an explanatory sign. Finally, there was the garbage collection, I think, very quiet and really very noisy. It's a shame because otherwise the neighborhood is very quiet. The stay was still very pleasant.

I was pleasantly surprised at my hotel room in Key West. I enjoyed my stay very much and would certainly stay here again.

Honestly, this is one of the most disappointing places i have stayed in years. Starting with the checkin. We had to drive to another location to get the keys and check in. (The person at check in was very kind, by the way). The unit smelled moldy from the time we walked in, especially the bedroom. The fitted sheets on the bed had no elasticity left so they would not stay “fitted”. This revealed the mattress which was full of disgusting stains. The floors were filthy, we had black on the bottoms of our feet after only a few minutes of walking inside. The furniture was very dirty and dated. There were no kitchen towels, there was a 1/4 of a roll of paper towels. There was mold in the shower. The outside of all of the windows in the rear of the unit were so full of dirt and cobwebs. They look like they havent been cleaned in years. There were very few basic kitchen supplies: no oven, only 3 small plates provided. The walls were thin, lots of noise from all around our unit. There was a LOT of loud in and out car traffic at the dance studio in the same parking lot. The location is great for its proximation to downtown but I definitely would not stay here again. Its sad because with a bit of thoughfulness and attention, this could be an acceptable accommodation.

Room was extremely hot and humid. The air conditioner did not keep up. I left a day early because the room was so hot and uncomfortable.

First time visiting Key West. Colors on White was centrally located for me without realizing when i booked my stay. Im going to have to come back and stay longer than a few days. Clean comfortable room in an authentic Key West atmosphere.

Property was neat and clean. Room was great. Parking was tight and maintenance kept proping open the pool door which came within less than inch from car door so i couldn't get my door open. They did this while i was trying to get my things out and up to the room. We went back and forth 2x. They could see we were getting things out. I was already frazzled from having to drive down Duval at prime time to check in. We sought out this property because it had parking included so we wouldnt have to drive while there. Duval is not the easiest road to park and run in someplace or have to back out onto. Otherwise staff was friendly and reachable and the room was excellent. And within walking distance to everything.

Thos property was much older. The office was far away. There was a couple yelling one night. A few bugs.

This is far off the beaten track, which was good because I liked the quiet and I don’t mind long walks. If you need to be near the action, I wouldn’t choose this spot. The women at the check-in office were extremely friendly and accommodating
