The hosts are amazing and there is a nice atmosphere in the house. The room and toilet are very spacious. Everything sparkling clean. Perfect spot before or after the flight. we would love to come back and we will be happy to recommend this b&b. Thank you

Top notch apartment: spacious, super clean, everything you need is in place, the bed is all you can dream of! It’s located in a very quiet area. Awesome breakfast - tea, coffee, sandwiches, yogurt, cookies, pastry. Saved us a lot of time - we didn’t have to search for food in the morning. The host Peter and his wife are super nice and helpful - Peter gave us a lift to the train station. The apartment is 20-25 min walk from the train station and 20 mins by train to Venice. Our experience was 100 out of 10, would definitely recommend it!

"Overall the experience is Fantastic."

Very close to Venice Airport and Venice city. Parking is accommodated for free and restaurants near by. Good Breakfast and Host is really very friendly.

The host Peter was kind and helpful. I don't speak Italian, but we were able to communicate through messages sent on Booking.com. He was willing to wait past the closing check-in time on my arrival day when I got delayed by a very bad traffic jam on a Sunday.

Very large rooms, good breakfast, clean rooms, kind host was willing to serve us breakfast at 6am due to early flight, good location - easy to reach Venice.
