"A superb b&b with spacious and attractive rooms."

Very welcoming hosts went out of their way to make us comfortable. Shared a drink with us on arrival and were ready and waiting with breakfast for our early, per early flight.

"great property, great hosts, would come back"

big comfortable room and bathroom clean very nice hosts about 20 mins walk from train station Mogliano Veneto is a nice quiet town, it gives you a feel-good vibe there is a pub just around the corner from the property with good vibe and nice people

Maybe the breakfast could have been a bit more rich, maybe some eggs would have been nice.

"Cool place, run by friendly old couple, great value for the money."

Great place, very cosy, friendly and helpful couple running the place, OK breakfast. Room was very clean and specious. Free parking. 20 min from piazalle Roma.

I like the location and the silence, the room was big and clean

The temperature in the location was very low and the host was very aggressive to maintain it. The breakfast was very poor and low quality, nothing cooked, just things buy it from supermarket
