I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel—one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The location is central and close to Seville’s main attractions, but it was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The walls and windows are very thin, so I could hear voices, TVs, and noises from other floors and outside. The property seemed poorly maintained. The kitchen lighting was broken, and all doors are glass, so light from the stairs shone directly into the bedrooms. The lights turn on whenever someone passes by, waking me up in the middle of the night. One light even flashed on and off every ten minutes, making sleep nearly impossible. After checking out, I was allowed to store my luggage in a storage area on the ground floor, which was helpful. However, the area was extremely messy, and I even saw cockroaches, which was very unpleasant. Despite repeatedly informing the staff about the faulty lighting during my one-week stay, nothing was fixed. They always said they would report it to maintenance, but no action was taken. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the noise, poor maintenance, unhygienic storage, and lack of effective response from staff.

Muy buena ubicación y apartamento con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Cama muy cómoda y descanso correcto. Muy buena atención por parte del personal.

Los fines de semana se oiga un poco de bullicio. La única pega es que hay que subir unas escaleras un poco empinadas, para quien tenga problemas físicos puede ser un inconveniente

We genuinely couldn't fault it. I've only marked down the staff score as apart from a lovely welcome, we didn't see anyone for 5 days.
