El lugar es bueno, solo que un poco descuidado en ciertas cosas, la limpieza fue buena, tiene muy buena ubicación, solo que no tiene aire ni ventilador y eso no estaba avisado, pero si me volvería a quedar

The photos on your site must have been taken over 20 years ago. The place is set in a dark street and doesn’t have signage showing “ Capital One” reception is 24 hour and has an annoying buzzer that rings twice every time someone enters or leaves. The reception was manned by 3 different people on different shifts, none spoke or understood any English, and the younger guy was quite unfriendly The room description says “ rainfall shower” which is incorrect ( but hot water good) The shower door is really narrow and would be unsuitable for big guests. The gas hotplate is good, but the kitchen equipment is very spartan and no detergent or tea towel provided. The cleaner, Maria, was excellent and the room serviced daily and sheets and towels replaced if nectary. The towels were large and clean white, but a bit stiff. Only local tv, so all in sosnishy

Propiedas muy caro para el servicio tan deficiente

Nunca hicieron el aseo en la habitación ,las cobijas estaban sucias ,la parrilla no servía ,no tenían utensilios de cocina y el lugar no es como en las fotos está muy viejito

Me cancelaron la reserva por sobreventa

Todo estuvo muy bien a excepción de la red wifi y telefónica, ya que era muy lenta o nula.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse , buen servicio , el personal mi y respetuoso y amables.

Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en la ciudad el personal es muy amable y muy atento

Great location 1 block to reforma. Competitive pricing. Kitchen handy but very limited utencils etc. to cook (No dishsoap or cloth for dishes) *Internet crappy!!

Not a super fancy place, but not looking for that. Bed was good, I’ve had terrible ones. Overall had a good stay, would stay again.
