Seemed old sower fixtures were loose and felt like they were ready to fall off the hole bathtub surround was plastic and sooooo cheap I will never stay there again!!!!!!!!

Tyrena was the sweetest receptionist. She made sure we were well attended and aware of all the amenities provided. Made our night after a long day. The room was great. The shower pressure amazing. The area is nice and quiet so definitely relaxing. Overall 10/10

"Displaced but such a comforter welcome"

We were displaced the night before from our condo due to a fire and smoke damage. When I walked I was still on edge from everything that went on, but Tyrena was there to welcome me with a smile and I said girl, it’s been a day, I was explaining I had called prior to making the reservation about us understanding that the room was non-smoking but explained why we were displaced and that the belongings we were able to grab had the smell of fire smoke on them. Tyrena said don’t you worry we understand those situations and you have nothing to worry about, it felt like a relief and the tears just flowed and Tyrena did not hesitate to ask if I needed a hug and came right to me when I said yes. Tyrena was so helpful in explaining everything and where things were and offered me the option of choosing my room, she first offered ease on the first floor being that we came in tow with our 2 dogs, but I explained that after the night we had I rather prefer some quietness and maybe something higher and that’s exactly what we got. You’ve got someone special with Tyrena being the face to represent your hotel, please show her the kindness that she gives to your guests that enter.
