Tyrena was incredibly sweet and patient with me when I arrived after a long day and wasn't as nice to her. When I approached her to apologize the next evening, she accepted my apology with humility and continued to show kindness. Give her a raise.

"Do NOT stay here - Unsafe - multiple robberies - no help from staff"

We stayed here for one night (yesterday). At least two cars were broken into. Windows smashed, glass everywhere. Ours was one of them. We are moving and they got away with nearly $6,000 of our possessions, all of our legal documents including passports and SSN cards, and an urn of my dog’s cremated remains. When we told the staff of the incident they were dismissive and said “oh wow” in response. No sympathy and zero help. Do NOT stay here. Do NOT trust your car in their parking lot. We are Hilton members, stay at hiltons at least a dozen times a year. Do not stay at this Hilton. There are better and safer options nearby.

Pretty mediocre breakfast - bananas were plentiful but all were either dark brown or unripe. Egg bites were good - and good idea for something light.

Need to tone down the ultra scent in the lobby. It's overbearing.

Yes, it was perfect stay it was clean among them not having Security. The Staff was very nice. The manager with the red hair was very very sweet. Breakfast was good. It was just a good stay good job you guys😊
