Location, cleanliness and overall comfort was great

The back door security needs to be looked at.

Super close to boat rentals and the main shopping strip

The whole place in general staff were nice surroundings were spectacular just a lovely place to relax

Stayed for three nights last week in Room 2, opposite the pool. The apartment itself was excellent value for money—clean, comfortable, and well serviced. I was very happy with the accommodation overall.

However, I feel it’s important for future guests to be aware of some disturbance during our stay, as well as the limited support available overnight. On the second night, I was woken around 1:50am by a group of young males in the pool area, shouting, swearing, and repeatedly jumping (“bombing”) into the pool. By 2:20am, when the noise hadn’t subsided, I called the after-hours number and was told security would be sent. Shortly after, a staff member called back and asked me to contact the local police myself, explaining they were having ongoing issues with local youths and that guest reports would assist. I was also advised that security was not on site and could take some time to arrive. I contacted the police, who indicated the matter was not something they would attend. The noise continued until approximately 3:20am, when the group eventually left. I’m unsure whether security attended or if they left on their own. On the third night, a similar group returned, again being loud and using the pool. On this occasion, it occurred earlier in the evening (between 8:00pm and 9:30pm), which was less disruptive but still noticeable. While I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation itself, the nighttime disturbance and the lack of clear or immediate support in managing it were a little concerning.

My pet hate - no plug in the bathroom hand basin. Front door was difficult to open and shut.

It did accommodate fully for 4 people.
