Canopy By Hilton Ithaca Downtown

This is a beautiful, modern property with lovely finishes and details. There was plenty of closet/storage space in our room, quick elevators and a spacious, cozy lobby with a fireplace. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the bed was so comfy. I loved the refillable water stations on each floor.

The toilet and shower are crammed into a tiny, dark space with a pocket door that feels flimsy. The shower had low pressure. The outer part of the bathroom (where the sink and mirror were located) was better.

Bed and linens extremely comfortable. Rooms well appointed and clean. Cafe open late.

Lovely hotel in every way. Bed, breakfast, the shower, the lobby, all of it.

The parking situation, one is required to park in a garage down the street

The security, cleanliness of the room and the complimentary coffee. I love that I would be able to make myself an expresso when i wake up.

The parking. It was not in the same building. We have to walk a block away and pay extra for parking every day.

Breakfast was not included with our booking.

Could have been cleaner. The room had an ant problem.
