"Quick getaway for hubby & I and close to the Philadelphia Premier Outlet."

Location & Breakfast.

Heater was very loud & took along time to warm the room. Children knocked on our door & ran. The pool wasn’t heated Sunday Morning before I checked out, it was when I arrived.

"I will never stay at this property person that checks you in Jessica very rude very unprofessional"

I like the location

I flew from Arizona I tried to check in at 3:00 pm the lady at the front desk I believe Jessica said to me my room is not ready I asked her if she can give me a different room she said no she didn’t apologize or anything like that she didn’t give any explanation why my room wasn’t ready I asked her when my room will be ready she said she doesn’t know she was very short with me I flew from Arizona for a weeding I supposed to be at the ceremony at 4:30 Jessica was very rude very unprofessional when I got back from the wedding that night Chris checked me in he was nice very professional the room that gave me it was right next to the back exit very loud room 130 breakfast was bad people use toaster for outside food that they brought in there is no attention to a breakfast table pancake maker wasn’t working everything was empty really really bad
