"Its ok, but please fix the lift door"

Its near plaza espana and many other spot. Small but have everything i need, small bathroom but Its enough

Sometimes the door of the lift from other door not closed completely so i cant use the lift from fourth floor, and i have to walk

the location, the cleaning staff were very helpful

light did not work in our room, noone spoke english so we had no way of communicating any problems to anyone, the toilet seat was broken, the door to the shower were broken, there was almost no toilet paper

"It's almost ok"

Location

The place wasn't clean. Service wise, towel refurbishment was guaranteed on a daily basis, we only got new ones on our last night. There's no storage for guests to drop off luggage when checking out. Bathroom wise, shower and cabinet were broken and malfunctioning. The Tv wasn't working. Another missing touch: the mirror was not aligned...
