"Spacious, centrally located, and lovely staff."

The location was amazing (super close to the shinkansen station), and the room was so spacious + lovely! We especially loved the kitchen table and comfy chairs, and appreciated all of the extra free amenities in the lobby.

No complaints! Be aware that you will need to pay an additional accommodation tax upon arrival (in cash).

"Perfect Hotel For Family"

Almost everything. The room is spacious for up to 6 or even 8 if they allow us. Very clean, very new, and instagramable. The location is just next to aeon mall with a lot of option of food in supermarket and restaurant. 5 minutes to Kyoto Station make it even better. The staff is soooo helpful even they greeting me with my own language. Really appreciate that. They give us a lot of towel for all the guest. You can buy water with normal price in the lobby. The best place we stayed so far. For the location, don't follow the google map.

I think i don't like the position of my master bedroom because its just face the main road. So i can hear car sound even in the middle of night. That's B type appartement. Maybe in A appartement, that feel different.
