The location is excellent for all shops and restaurants. Also the port for boat trips to capri is walking distance. The apartment is clean and facilities good. Nicole stayed in contact before and during our stay to ensure we were happy with everything

The steps are challenging but there is benefits to being on 3rd floor with a lovely view of the square- so it was worth it for us.

Das Zimmer mitten in der historischen Altstadt, umgeben von einer großen Zahl einladender Lokale, ist ruhig an einem kleinen Platz gelegen. Im Aufenthaltsraum kann man jederzeit Tee/Kaffee machen, zum Frühstücken sind genügend nette Bars in der Nähe. Zur Meerpromenade sind es nur ein paar Schritte, zum Bahnhof zu Fuß ca 15 - 20 min. Für einen Stadtaufenthalt eine perfekte Unterkunft im 3.Stock mit recht steilen Stiegen in historischem, renoviertem Gebäude. Self-Check-in hat gut geklappt mit freundlicher Anleitung per whatsapp.

la stanza che mi è stata assegnata non ha la finestra all'aria aperta ma sul pianerottolo del palazzo e non consente di far entrale la luce e l'aria a meno che non ci si espone alla vista degli altri. Inoltre la struttura non avvisa del disagio e la descrizione nel sito Booking è confondente perchè non consente all'ospite di rendersene conto. Il personale (per il resto gentile) sostiene che sul sito c'è la foto della finestra sul pianerottolo, ma io ho fatto notare che il cliente non può aspettarsi che sia l'UNICA finestra della stanza (anche perchè appare inverosimile che in Italia si affitti una stanza senza finestra). La mia protesta è stata slealmente ignorata. Sconsiglio decisamente di soggiornare nella struttura se non si vuole correre il rischio di dormire in una stanza praticamente murata

Third floor without the lift

I liked many things 1- perfect location 2- very clean place and room 3- an exceptional service from the host Nicole was wonderful

In our case, the place is on the 3rd floor with no elevator was tiring, as we travel with many baggage Also, air-condition was ok

Die Zimmer waren neu renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem!

Der digitale Check-In hat nicht funktioniert, weil man vor dem Eingangstor keine Internet-Verbindung hat. Mit der Glocke konnten wir anfangs niemanden erreichen - es meldete sich nur ein schlecht verständliches Tonband in italienisch! Wir haben gar nichts verstanden. Später konnten wir dann doch eine Dame erreichen, die uns eine Putzfrau mit Schlüssel schickte. Außerdem hatte unser Zimmer kein Fenster, was für mich bei diesem Preis ein absolutes No-Go ist! Man weiß nicht mal, welches Wetter draußen ist! Frühstück gab es nicht! Die Koffer muss man mühsam die hohen Stiegen raufschleppen!

The location was reasonably close to the train station and it was clean. The host was responsive and helpful.

READ FINE PRINT before booking the SUPERIOR room. It has a window that leads to the dark interior stairwell, but NO WINDOW to the outside (so you are staying in a dark box with no light). It is mentioned once in one place on the booking.com website and is very hard to tell based on pictures that there is no window to the outside. Attached to this review is a photo of the window. The beds were also quite hard/bouncy/uncomfortable.
