I could not see a sign with the hotel’s name as we were looking for it. I was glad our in-car maps verbally told us where to turn into the parking lot.

We had problems with our key cards, too many to list here. It was ridiculous. Not enough wash cloths, there should be two box of Kleenex, why no spare roll of toilet paper? There was no complementary lotion and shampoo (in 40 years, this was the only hotel I ever stayed at without that). Make an effort to improve your. breakfast. Visit the other hotels, see how they do it. You need more variety. And what’s up with only having one toaster. It would only cost you $25 to get another toaster which would drastically reduce the toaster line. Ask yourself how to improve the customer experience and make some changes. We most likely won’t stay here again because of all of the issues.

I relied on reviews here as I always do and chose this hotel. This is a newer hotel and everything is so clean and nice. We liked the location being just far enough away from the downtown to be very quiet. There aren’t many places in Moab where you aren’t surrounded by mountains and this is no exception. The snow capped mountains are visible in the distance as well. The rooms are very nice, the beds very comfortable and the showers are awesome. The breakfast area is nice and there are some hot items every day along with make your own waffles and pancakes and the other usual breakfast items. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is large enough and everything is well kept. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever happen to be back in beautiful Moab we would stay again!!
