The apartment I booked claimed to have a 'lounge and a SEPERATE bedroom with sofabed'. It was a single room studio with a small sofa, and hence was not suitable for my needs. We had to book somewhere else and have not yet received a refund.

The fact that I paid for absolutely nothing whatsoever.

Having stayed at various apartments and hotels in Phnom Penh, I can confidently say that SSB stands out for its spaciousness, and the photos accurately reflect the actual rooms.

Regarding parking, if you plan to stay at SSB, I recommend not bringing a car, as their parking space is inadequate. Additionally, the hotel's signage is not easily visible, causing frequent confusion for food delivery drivers.
