Villa Novanta

Lovely secluded villa overlooking the bay of Naples which we'd highly recommend. Gennaro and Raphaela were such great hosts, and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome….They sorted a great boat trip and then organised a lovely home cooked pizza meal at the villa on our last night which was all prepared and cooked by Gennaro and Raphaela, which included their own peach wine and dessert....). It really finished off a lovely stay and made our trip that extra bit special.

great location overlooking the gulf of sorrento. the villa itself is big and accommodate two families. the villa was recently renovated and is very clean and nicely decorated. the surrounding yard is beautiful

it is a bit difficult to reach the place as the roads are not mapped in Waze and therefore Waze takes you to the wrong place. please ask Gennaro to send you a meeting point that is mapped in Waze and preferably don’t come at dark ( although we did it and succeeded eventually)

The property was superbly situated away from noise or roads. Perfectly equipped with everything you would need on a holiday! The pool was discretely maintained daily as was the beautiful garden by the lovely host Genaro. The views were just sensational and breath taking, you could never be fed up of looking at the ocean, Mount Vesuvius or Naples in the far distance! The option of having Genaro and his lovely partner Raffaella give a local cuisine cooking lesson for a whole evening and then serve and eat outside by the pool was fantastic! We learnt so much and took home so many of his secrets!!!! Genaro is very modest, however, he is a very knowledgable and experienced chef indeed…. 😊 We also had breakfast served outside at a time of our choosing - we had so many choices, fruits yoghurts, local meats, omelettes, pancakes, croissants, cakes…. coffees…… it was so relaxed and rememberable.
