Soggiorno molto piacevole in una struttura accogliente e ben tenuta. L’hotel si trova in una zona comoda e ben servita, ideale per spostarsi facilmente e avere tutto a portata di mano. Il proprietario è una persona davvero gentile, sempre disponibile e molto attento ai dettagli. Si vede la passione con cui gestisce la struttura, curata in ogni aspetto. Consigliato a chi cerca comfort, cordialità e una buona posizione!

"Charming, authentic and personal touch."

The property was personally run by Luciano who was extremely friendly and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast with cappuccino was wonderful!

Because of the location it was super noisy with traffic and daily hustle and bustle of the city. This did not detract from the charm, as being so central was wonderful for our one night stay.

Luciano is the most welcoming host I’ve ever met. He truly cares about his guests, he tries to provide them with everything they could possibly need. He offers help and advice throughout the stay. The apartment was perfectly clean, all the necessary facilities were provided. The location is very good, near the train station.

"great stay, great host, great amenities."

The host - Luciano was such a great guy. He gave us so much valuable info on what attractions and places to visit nearby. We found found so many common topics to talk about with him. Location was great - right in the center. We had the whole apartment. Also in the morning Luciano served such a great breakfast - freshly baked focaccia and fresh fruits.

"Comfortable stay"

Well appointed room walking distance from the historic center. Shared kitchen facilities. Host has recommendations for everything.

On Saturday evening there is a lot of noise on the street outside.

"The best choice we could made!"

Luciano is the most incredible host, gave us the best tips, incredibly friendly and helpful. The kind of person that you can only say good things about.

Be aware that it is located downtown, so you may have some noise from the street but it didn’t bother us.
