The host is very friendly and ready to help The property has access to free parking on the street and it is in a quiet zone. The room was a bit too small, had no air conditioning, but it had a big fan on one wall, so we managed to reduce the temperature (although it was September, the outdoor temperatures were amazingly high, up to above 35). Overall a good experience

It was difficult to find the WiFi password in the property-I suggest placing cards with the name of the WiFi network and with the password in each room or in a more visible place at the entrance . Also, the shared bathroom, although very clean, was not our favorite option (It was my fault was not attentive at this detail when I booked) . Nevertheless, being a highly demanded touristic season, the price was OK.

This is a small guest-house. It is well run and the host is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area. Common area kitchen worked fine. There is also a common sitting / eating area. Be aware that this is very basic accommodation, but it is clean, safe, friendly. I give it 10 out of 10 in it's class. Alcala del Valle is NOT like it's neighbour Setinel- if you are ready for a break, then this could be a great option. And if you are walking, the dirt road from Setinel to Alcala is very picturesque (and the track to Olvera even better!)
