The location was perfect in comparison to the college. Everything was easy to get to, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. Thank you for such a comfortable stay!

I was able to reach the front desk to make a change on the reservation. Two gals helped me and were very pleasant and helpful and understanding about my situation. Great customer service. Do nice to talk to a real person Unlike AI...what a disaster.... Companies as making a huge mistake using it. A customer needing help can only give a limited amount of responses do therefore you can not even explain why you are calling. Get rid of A I.
