Casa Cielo

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cielo. Our flight got in late and Michael reached out to ensure that we found the house as night had fallen. The view is amazing and the house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a slight issue with the pump one day and it was wonderful to see how Michael and his family worked together to ensure that we were not affected. Having a car is definitely recommended as it’s on a mountain but the beautiful Magens Bay is just 15 minutes away by car. We had a great visit. Thanks Michael and family!

Amazing accommodations! Beautiful views,large patio, very comfortable furnishings, well maintained, and nice kitchen with many appliances and utensils. It is a bit of a ways from the beaches, but the peace and quiet of this magnificent home well out way the drive. Very comfortable for our party of five!

There was no breakfast. The location was wonderful. The house was beautiful and clean. The views were specular. The host's father was on location several times, and we had great conversations.

There were no facial tissues and we ran out of paper towels very early into our visit. We took care of that on an early grocery store run.

The view was fabulous

Booking has the location wrong! We originally wanted to stay near the beaches so based on the map Booking had we booked this property. Then when the host sent me the location and while I was driving I was concerned this was way too far from the beach. Then when we walked to the front of the house and it was like “Oh My Goodness!!!” The view was nothing like I have ever seen! Of all the places in the world we have been to (and it’s a lot) this was the best location ever! Sure it was the furthest from the beach, but being on the highest point on the island you are literally in the middle of all points. I should have read more reviews in depth but perhaps the surprise of the view was worth it. We booked the 2 bedroom unit which is located under the main unit. Both units probably have the same view but I couldn’t tell if the upper unit was any better. The beds were comfortable, and we were 5 adults, two in the master bedroom and three in the ‘kids’ room, each of those adults had their own twin bed. The kitchen could have been better equipped, like cutting boards, more plate settings and coffee mugs but we managed. I would definitely recommend this place and book it again if I returned to the island.

The only issues were minor and didn’t make the stay and leas than it could have been. I would say the sliding screen was a pain to use and the kitchen could have more equipment… but prepping the food with a million dollar view was the best part.

This was perfect for our family. Lots of room. Beautiful view. No check out chores!!
