Horrible staff, unhelpful for your prices I was shocked to have zero small bottles in room and to be charged for one coffee pod, using your in room machine which failed to heat water and then having an employee chase me through the parking lot for one Euro after just paying €254 for two rooms for one night. Rooms were sparsely outfitted, tv’s were far too small and channel selection very limited. Overall, a one star rip off. Recommend that the owner try a night in his property to see how bad it is

Great location, easy to find, lots of parking including private underground which was a bonus (payable not included in the stay). Immaculately clean throughout, modern interior, very good reception staff.

If I had anything I would say that the housekeeping service didn’t replace the coffee that we used (also payable).

(Препоръчвам на посетителите да разгледат внимателно снимките в галерията на хотела, за да не се изненадат от местоположението на банята. 🙂) Чудесно и много чисто място! Шумът от улицата или градината не се забелязва. Приятен престой! 🌹
