Le propriétaire, Vincent, est vraiment très gentil et sympathique, et attentionné.

Proximité avec la route qui est un peu bruyante, et pas de climatisation, donc si besoin d'ouvrir les fenêtres car il fait très chaud, c'st un peu bruyant. Mais fenêtre fermées c'est très bien isolé donc aucun soucis.
