I like the overall the service all the staff were friendly and helpful and respectful the front desk girl her name Ny Chau very excellent we are very happy to stay here we will come back again in the future

Very enjoyable stay here. Asa solo and frequent traveller, Nagila sets a high standard for their service quality. The location is a nice walk from the city centre, but enjoyable to take the back streets for a more quiet experience. Only negative experience was lack of liquor diversity in the roof bar. However, staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, particularly Minh Chau who was very accommodating to organise my tours. Highly recommended hotel.

What an awesome boutique hotel! The queen sized bed was super comfortable, the hotel and rooms are very modern and styled totally cool and unique. Walking distance to lots of cool shops and restaurants. Will surely be back with the whole family next time :)

We had an unforgettable stay at Nagila. I got a surprise birthday cake from the room service when coming back to the room on my birthday. The view from the room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. I was very well looked after by the hotel staff, and we would stay at this hotel again!

This hotel is superb in every way. The room was comfortable , the location was central, the dining was delicious, the pool was refreshing. The real icing on the cake was the staffing. They always went over and above to make my stay perfect. A big thank you to Trang and Minh Chau at the front desk. Everyone was just great. I will recommend Nagila to everyone . I will stay here soon again. Perfect!!!

This was a great stay. Of course when everything is equal, staffing is the make it or break it. In this case, the staffing was superb!!!. Everyone from front desk ( big big thank you to Trang and Minh Chau). The restaurant was excellent as well. Good selection which changed a little every day. Big thank you to Tam!. I will return to the Nagila soon!!!

This is a newly open hotel near the beach. The staff were so kind and helpful, the room was very clean. The swimming pool was great and the sauna was awesome. Definitely I want to stay there next time. Thank you!

Very nice stay at the hotel! Nice room with morden decoration, great location (only 3 mins to My Khe beach), delicious breakfast with variety menu. But the highlight was the staffs who were friendly, helpful and welcoming without ever being intrusive, they truly do their best to make my stay not just at the hotel but in Da Nang as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend this newly hotel!!

Staff was excellent in every way, they helped us book a nice scooter and was absolutely amazing with everything.

We had a great stay for one night, I liked very much for the room layout and design. The staffs were very friendly with helpful information about Da Nang city. Thank you and we will be back for sure. See you!
