Super leckeres Essen, da von Italienern geführt, super laundry Service, sehr nettes Personal, Tischtennisplatte, schöner kleiner Pool, ruhige Lage am Strand. Hilfe bei allem wie Kutsche, Boot, laundry, etc. Frühstück à la carte. Sehr lecker.

24 Stunden Stromausfall. Es wurde kaum darüber kommuniziert. Andere Anlagen hatten einen Generator, wir zwischendurch auch kein Wasser im Bad mehr. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

The attached restaurant, which is run separately and serves the hotel breakfast, is a lovely place but could improve the breakfast offerings.

Step straight from your bungalow into the sea at the best snorkeling spot on Gili Air, surrounded by large sea turtles, vibrant coral reefs, and stunning tropical fish. The staff is absolutely amazing — warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The restaurant is a true highlight, serving outstanding dishes by a genuine Italian owner. Easily some of the best food on the island. Without a doubt the best place to stay on Gili Air. A hidden gem and an absolute must-stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place is just a little oasis on gili air. The beach is directly in front of the hotel (or the restaurant of the hotel) and still it‘s so calm and chill there. The pool area is the heart of the hotel, surrounded by palm trees you can relax there and it‘s quite and nice. The employees are all so nice and will help you out with any questions, that you have. So if you want to relax your soul, that‘s the spot.

Our room was very clean, the toilet as well. They provide a big gallon of water in the room and refill it when consumed. The room is small but sufficient, as most of the time I was by the beach which is 10 meters from my room. I loved the food at the restaurant, they provided 10% discount on all food and beverage consumption of residents. The pool is small but also nice to chill. The small balconies are nice as well. The beach side of the hotel is the sunrise part, I liked it more and when I was talking breakfast and saw turtles coming out to breathe, I also enjoyed the beach part of the hotel , there were pouf to lay on.

The room can benefit from a bigger wardrobe and anti mosquito products

Staying at Alibaba was great! The bathroom was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. They also have a bistro with a good selection of food and drinks, so we barely felt like going anywhere else 😄🕺👌

La ubicación para snorkel es ideal!!!!

La primera habitación que reservé se veía muy diferente en las fotos,al llegar fue una decepción incluso olía mal.Amablemente me cambiaron a un bungaló y me lo ofrecieron al mismo precio,cosa que agradecí.Pero decidí alargar mi estancia 2 días más y el precio del bungaló me pareció excesivo 600.000 rp.Por lo que busque otro y me mudé a un fantástico resort delante del puerto(ideal a la hora de coger el ferry de regreso a Bali)por mucho menos dinero.450.000rp

It was beautiful! Love that it was right by the beach!! And close to a lot of good restaurants and chill spots. We will absolutely be staying there again!!! The staff was so sweet and fun. And super helpful! Thank you for everything!
