My card was charged little extra for the exchange because of lack of awareness of staff.

I enjoy the food and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I like everything for the value.

Restaurant is pretty good.

This hotel is over rated and the counter staff especially the manager is pretty arrogant. The actual rent for the room was 6900 rupees, whereas Booking.com quoted 11K rupees. On top they charged me 1000 rupees plus tax for occupying the rooms with 1 additional person, even though generally the rooms are charged for double occupancy. So, I would suggest that booking.com should not list this property anymore.

The place is nearby to the varanasi junction so you can get easy access to transport and food. Gated parking is available and the staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is amazing.

Rooms and amenities are not as per the price you pay. The room tariif is slightly higher.
