downstair room not so great

I like this place so much! The owner is so kind and friendly. They always ask if I need a room service or not, so kind! Places are clean, kitchen is nice. Most importantly, the location is good, 5minutes drive to Kuta town, 10 minutes to Tanjung A’an Beach for surfing! You get a good location while you can have a quiet place to rest! Love it

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the photos were not misleading and very accurate of what the room looked like, very clean and tidy.

For the value of money i wouldn't expect much more! Great stay

Olor muy fuerte a humedad y muchísima humedad. La ropa, las sábanas, todo estaba mojado al estar un par de horas dentro de la habitación. El olor era insoportable. Muy sucio. La propietaria nada simpática ni agradable. El desayuno que te incluye es mejor no pagarlo. Consiste en una tortilla de 1 huevo y nada más. Las zonas comunes y la habitación muy sucio y en general nada cuidado. No repetiría.
