"overpriced but good location"

The hotel is very well located, in the pedestrian area of thr old city part. The area is very animated, great position and connections, you want to visit the city.

The staff was not always very helpful, English skills were very low and we had a difficult time communicating with them. However, on our arrival (because we had a very early flight), we managed to get the room earlier than the normal booking, after several requests to them. The breakfast is quite limited, not many options and we were not very happy with the taste and choices (coffee really bad). The bathroom in the room is quite old. Moreover, we had a really bad view from the room toward the inner courtyard.

אהבנו מאוד את מיקום המלון,השרות,ארוחות בוקר וארוחות ערב שהזמנו מראש,תמיד אפשר לפנות לקבל עזרה ברספשן או בחדר אוכל,הינו רוצים להדגיש את שרותו האדיב של מלצר בשם ויטליק (Vitali)!!!..תמיד ניסה לעזור ואפילו שאל בעצמו כמה פעמים במה אפשר לעזור,רוב המלצרים עם חיוך וגם אנשי קבלה,במיוחד בחורה נחמדה בשם סבינה (Sabina)!!..קיבלנו חדר בקומה רביעית,גדול ומרווח,מספר 413,היינו מאוד מרוצים,מזגן עובד מצוין,מקרר קטן(מיני-בר) גם.כל יום 2 בקבוקי מים מינרליים בחדר שזה מצוין!

מתוך 4 ימי שהיה במלון,רק יומיים הייתה מגבת פנים בחדר אמבטיה ומגבת לרגליים. בחדר אוכל היה קצת חסר אוויר/מזגן.
