Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Cesme

in my opinion, Reges in cesme does not meet luxury standards. The hotel is by the water and has beautiful views as well as good breakfast and attentive breakfast staff. However, management is very much lacking at the front desk reception and concierge level. There was no one attending the reception desk in the evenings and nights and no one answered when we called front desk from our room. Also, our room and shower were dirty when we checked-in and the curtains and many amenities were not working! Seems they could use a good general manager to foresee things run properly and guests are comfortable. Definitely was not worth $800 per night we payed and we’d stay elsewhere next time we are in cesme.

The property was located right on the beach. The staff were so amazing and always ready to help. The food was amazing as well. Definitely going back.

I traveled with my Family and had two rooms reserved . As we walked to one of the rooms it was full of hair all over like they did not turned the room around . I brought this to the manager’s attention his name Ali he said you should talk to the general manager to resolve this . Every morning I went down stairs to the desk . Ali the manager said the general manager is not in today . Until the last day I went and talked to Ali the manager he gave me a cold look like he doesn’t know me and said the general manager is not here today He was lying the whole time about the general manager Such an expensive resort and hotel should be run professionally . Next I won’t go this resort .

We have been staying with our family at the Reges Hotel for a couple of weeks each year for the past three years, and we thoroughly enjoy it. This year, 2024, the team has changed, with many new people joining. More staff members now speak English, and the level of service has improved. All our requests were attentively addressed and resolved! I would like to specifically thank the concierge, Mr.Ali Asil, for his exceptional work. He quickly organized a power of attorney for my underage daughter who was flying home alone and couldn't travel without this document. He arranged everything with the notary in no time, personally accompanied us, and acted as a translator! He is truly outstanding! Additionally, he knows many great places and restaurants in the area!

Good, accessible location near cesme center and beautiful views of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and nice servers. Getting around with taxi was easy.

My room was very dirty when I checked in and there was hair clusters in the shower and bathroom. No mini frig. In the room, Automatic curtain button was broken and did not open and close curtains. Many of the room amenities were missing. No one brought anything when I called multiple times to ask for things I needed in the room and no one was present at the reception desk in the evening and during the night to respond to guests’ needs. There was no manager or supervisor on site to oversee and to make sure guests are comfortable and ensure smooth operation. For the high price this property charges, it did not meet my expectations as far as comfort and has a lot to room to improve in quality and management.

Excellent modern hotel with top notch decor and facilities, the rooms are very spacious and the view is spectacular. Staff were very helpful and always welcoming. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of options.

Luxury relaxing stay

After several perfect vacations at Reges, we made it an annual routine to come back to this wonderful resort. As always, we were welcomed by the nicest, professional staff upon our arrival. Efe Can made sure that we—once again—received a suite upgrade, honoring our Bonvoy Platinum Elite status. All rooms have a magnificent sea view, and are very spacious, even compared to US standards. The decoration is tasteful, modern, and every corner is spotlessly clean and well kept. The cleaning staff is very friendly, and does a great job. We also appreciate the mini bar service by Samet, who provided us with our favorite Nespresso flavors and bottled water every day. All the staff are amazing; it’s obvious that everyone who works at this fine hotel was carefully selected and trained. Breakfast, not unlike prior years, was the best we had in the entire world. The selections and quality are unparalleled. Thanks to the experienced kitchen and pastry chefs, we were able to enjoy the best tasting food possible. In the morning, we were greeted and walked to our table by Mehtap, who always wears a bright smile on her face, and gives the guests a great start to the day. Once seated, Gamze, who is equally friendly and polite, never forgets to fill our tea cups, and asks for anything we would need in addition to the already abundant offerings in the spectacular buffet. We would also like to thank Ali Erdem and Ediz, who hold a higher position at the restaurant, and nevertheless are happily welcoming our extra wishes. They even arranged for oat milk to be shipped and acquired by the kitchen, just because we asked for it. They are both friendly and professional, and make breakfast one of the many highlights of the stay. We can’t wait to return next year. Thank you to all of you!

GREAT BREAKFAST,MANY HEALTHY OPTIONS, NICE VERY CLEAN SPA , VERY WELL MAINTAINED,ALL PLACES SUPER CLEAN ++++++ GREAT STAFF ,KIND AND HELPFULL :BARIS,CEMAL,CANSU,UMUTCAN,CRAY

Highlights: Mrs. Cansu (Dept. Manager) was super nice, helpful lady who arranged a great breakfast for us. Also sent us a delicious cake, chocolate, champagne and big basket of fruits to our room. Thank you so much Cansun. Ali (Safran restaurant supervisor) was so kind and helpful, he served like 7 star hotel with offering lots of delicious Turkish options for breakfast and he cared every seconds at breakfast time like no other hotel. Nice lady Mehtap helped us to check in at the restaurant very fast and smooth. Every other team members try their best to make our stay memorable. Thanks to all! Amazing experience! Rooms: very comfortable beds and pillows, room air conditioning is great, lots of useful amenities, very big rooms (our room was upgraded by the hotel manager, I really appreciate it), great panoramic sea view. Breakfast: lots of very high quality food and drinks from Turkish to American, Euro and middle-east. You can also order more from their ala cart menu which was included. Area: Swimming pools are super clean, Spa area had steam room, sauna and turkish bath free of charge and also a great indoor swimming pool. Location: 5 min taxi around 5$ to Cesme city center and Marina and 10$ taxi to Alacati city center. Uber is not available here but there is no different on prices on Uber. Please note that Cesme has a great beach and nice Marina, Alacati has more walking streets with lots of restaurants, bars and boutiques. This hotel location is exactly between these too in Cesme, then its a good idea to relax and sunbathing here and going to Alacati afternoons.
