"Güzel tesis"

Tesis yeni konumu güzel konfor üst düzey…Fakat ön büro hariç personel kötü hizmet sürekli aksıyor.Güleryüz yok.Restaurant menüleri zayıf.Kahvaltı vasat.Geçen yaz da gitmiştim personelde hiçbir olumlu gelişme yok.Çeşme sahiline yeni bir tesis yapılana kadar giderim.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed. -inexperienced, rude and disrespectful breakfast and dinner staff. -Awkward shower room design. Impossible to open the shower door without hitting the glass door. Also we could not manage to get proper warm water in our room. -we wanted to speak to the hotel manager about the issues we are having but someone pretending like the hotel manager took us to a meeting room to tell us 'what do gou want from me?'. I have never encountered such treatment before! - i cant believe Marriott allows this kind of ganstrr behaviour! I will write them to complain about thus hotel later.

"A+ hotel and spa"

The best overall hotel spa that I have stayed at. Staff, cleanliness, comfort was A+. As for breakfast buffet (during covid), they staff made this work as you would walk up and a personal member would walk with you placing the items on your tray to avoid guest touching foods, etc. Very smart!! I loved the place and definitely will return soon.

"Excellent stay"

This was one of our best holidays. The hotel is impeccably new and clean complimented by excellent service. The pools are well-maintained. The rooms are bright, airy and spacious. The food served in the restaurants is of very high quality and each member of staff tries to make your stay worth by offering service with a smile. As our stay was during the Covid pandemic, all staff wore masks and there is ample evidence of good hygienic measures taken by the hotel to minimise transmission of the virus. All in all .... recommended.
