"N’a rien de « luxury »"

La vue et l’emplacement

N’a rien de « luxury », très mal insonorisé, panne d ascenseur, coupure d’eau chaude, problème d’électricité en pleine nuit avec les lumières qui s allument toutes d un coup, les electros qui bipent etc.. Les finitions sont grotesques, l’encadrement était si branlant qu’en un coup de pied vous pouvez la faire tomber. La vidéo est parlante mais malheureusement on ne peut pas en charger ici. 430 euros pour ce niveau de qualité.. ne vous faites pas avoir par les photos.

"Primer día sin agua caliente y segundo sin luz"

La ubicación y el apartamento es muy bonito

Estuvimos no llegó a dos días y el primero el agua no salía caliente... El segundo el agua ya iba bien, pero cuando nos despertamos a las 7 para irnos, no había luz, no pudimos desayunar, tuvimos que recoger con la linterna del móvil y bajar una séptima planta con dos bebés y las maletas andando por la escalera porque el ascensor tampoco iba. Para el precio que tiene y lo precioso que es el apartamento esas dos cosas hacen que la experiencia no sea buena

La ubicación

El sofá cama estaba roto y no había sábanas, una de las sillas también rota y avisamos nada más llegar y les mandamos fotos y nunca apareció nadie a arreglarlo por lo que el descanso fué muy deficiente. Llevamos un mes solicitando la factura al alojamiento y no nos la facilitan.

Había cosas rotas: la parte de abajo de un sofá. El jabón del baño, que ya no colgaba de la pared. No hay sitio en le baño dónde colgar las toallas. No hay sitio en la ducha para dejar tus cosas

Me cambiaron a última hora a otro apartamento no regulado por booking. Me hicieron pagarlo con mi tarjeta personal y se negaron a darme factura. Después de multiples mensajes y quejas, nunca recibí respuesta y no pude pasar el gasto a mi empresa. No recomiendo este propietario en absoluto.
