Most complicating aircons. As a matter of fact, one has to be and IT specialist or software engineer to operate the aircon, and even then, you would be lucky if get it right. Finding the apartment is an impossible task due to the fact that a name of any sort related to the apartment is nowhere to be displayed. It took me an hour just to find the actual entrance door to the apartment - no exaggerations.

Felt like a bait and switch. I reserved the penthouse in advance, with confirmation. I was then on the day of moving in, told that it wasn't available. Simply unacceptable.

Spacious apartment in a great location and very clean.

Lacked basic items, for example toaster, kettle, enough cutlery, dishes, mugs, glasses etc. there is a dining table but this is not a property where you can eat in very well as there are very little kitchen items. There is a dishwasher but not even one dishwasher tablet was provided so we needed to buy a boxful. During our stay we stayed in another apartment and a welcome pack was provided with all necessary items for the first couple of days. These are little touches that would make me want to go back again. This is the second time I have stayed in this same apartment but probably won’t return on my next visit to Granada.

Location was good.

Kitchen was very minimal, bedroom door didnt close. Pics online looked nothing like what apartment we actually got.

入住时咖啡机不能使用，电源通的，但是不工作。空调加了一个平板控制，所能控制的只有开和关，却无法调节制冷和制热模式，在27度室温下只有加热模式，所以空调实际也是无法使用。其他的电器也不敢尝试了。

Emplacement top dans le centre ville pres de tout, l'appartement est spacieux, moderne et calme (7iem sur cour). Nous avons apprécié disposer d'une machine à laver. Le personnel répond rapidement si besoin.

Malgré notre signalement le premier jour, la cafetière défectueuse n'a pas été remplacée. Un sèche-cheveux sur 2 ne fonctionnait pas.

Excellent location in the main area, cafes,Restaurants, shopping and the walk to the Palace . Everything we needed for our few nights.
