Didn’t even stay. The area is dirty, the hotel old and horrible. Dirty, cramped, old . Terrible. Went to a different place even loosing the money

The hotel is crazy overpriced, like probably everything in Israel. The biggest virtue of this place is the location, the pedestrian alley and many good restaurants are close by, Hagana Museum and Great Synagogue are not far from there and it's easy to walk to Carmel market also. Breakfast is several blocks away, but quite enjoyable. Wifi is public and not very good. The cleaning service is really bad, and the walls are thin, so it´s really noisy. No kettle in the room.

Great hotel! Very clean and hip rooms and hotel. Free coffee, tea and beer in lobby. Easy check in.

The staff at this location are amazing. They really care and they go out of their way to help. Noa, Shay, Yuval, Rafi, they are truly amazing. It is rare to find a hotel with staff at this level of customer service. The rooms are great. Clean, modern, close to shops.

Not as sold. No terrace, no fitness centre, no fridge in room.

Good quality stay. Nothing outstanding, but sparking wine at reception was a sweet bonus.
