T&E Villa

The size of the property was good for a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped

The pool appears to be clean, but everything turned green, our clothes, hair and pool accessories.. my children were left itching. My hair needed chopping off after holiday because of the contamination of Algae. The owners turn up whenever they like. The place was infested with ants, especially toilet and kitchen cupboards. The pictures of the property are old and it has not been maintained at all. After telling us a swimming pool with algae is safe to swim in, the host eventually admitted that the pool had a much bigger problem and couldn't be fixed whilst we were there as they needed to empty the water, re-line the pool.They failed to refund would have been adequately enough, especially as we only booked this place for the pool. When leaving, they were preparing the pool for a new guest by just throwing in Algacide, hoping the next guests won't notice. We spent time and money speaking to pool professionals and even buying water tests because the host just kept sending her dad round. This house requires maintenance and care, and the guests should not be advertising this as a villa with a pool that is not safe

T&E villa was in very good location, full access to Lanarca areas, short walk to the beach and local shop. Would recommend to hire a car.. good size swimming pool with a family of 6. Beach towel provided.

Only two cons are not enough sun loungers.

Spacious. Minimal. Airy. Close to shops and local restaurants. 10 mins dive to Larnaca so not busy or loud.

Air con wasn’t amazing but still kept the property cool. Pool was cold (but it’s early in the season and wasn’t heated), sun beds were not comfortable but it didnt bother us to much as we was out a lot. Main bedroom bed was so squeaky we didn’t have great sleep.

The kitchen is equipped with necessary things for cooking etc.

On the description it says that there is A/C but the owner didn’t left any controls in the house and we couldn’t use them. Due to the early morning flight we did not wash the dishes and she charged €50 for this. This was rude, asking why you did not wash the dishes. Also some other things negative, but this also coz of the rude attitude. In general the host could be more welcoming.

The great ratio price to quality. Specious house. Perfect for big families like mine. Equipped with everything you may need (especially kitchen).

Swimming pool area/ yard could be a bit hided from the Street (with trees or a kind of hedge).
