Pembroke Villa

No air conditioning - end of March, unpleasantly warm and stuffy especially by the afternoon. Hard to lock the door, sometimed the keys just didn't work. From the main bedroom you have a view of the cottage wall and the garbage bins, so disappointing.

Instructions from booking.com were not clear to finding the pick up address and the address of the property when they sent email with confirmation details

No air conditioning - when we talked with the reception staff they said they would look into it. Could hardly sleep due to how hot it was- 30 degree days and no air conditioning. Sink was also dirty.. and water terrible to drink.

No air conditioning- very hot the day we arrived.

It was a nice little house with good facilities, we did think that more than four glasses of each type would have been good also only four cups which with four of you is a bit sparse . Also more coat hangers and more than one key, We left coat hangers and a spare key when we left . Also the quilt where not clean under the top sheet they need to be laundered . These are all observations which the owners may not be aware of. It was a convenient spot and off the road .

The fact that maybe the owners need to assess the place occasionally as at $3200 for the week some things need up dating .

The curtains in the main bedroom were very thin and any lighting from front lodge shone through the curtains. We also had trouble adjusting the villas heating, the unit was excessively hot. TV in bedroom didn't work.

Location was good ,we could walk to the town centre. Fireplace was excellent and other heating as it snowed when we were there Liked the internal garage

The Dining table was quite small No soap in shower
