"Nice hotel, breakfast needs work"

Room was comfortable and had a great view of the river. Hotel is central to the city. Staff were polite and friendly.

Room could use a dusting to remove cobwebs. Breakfast was unsatisfactory with limited options.

Location great rooms excellent staff helpful very clean

The breakfast was an absolute disgrace for the price point. Lack of choice cheap ingredients cold, appalling really for £300 a night. It was worse than a budget hotel. Absolutely not worth the money.

Its location is quite chilled, the room has a bit of the view on the riverside. It’s quiet and you can take a walk at the river too.

It’s not clean. The floor always seems sticky or slippery even in the hotel room. Even after the housekeeper has cleaned the room, my socks are still dirty after 10 mins walking around the room. Breakfast was terrible, went once and didn’t bother for it again. They really need to up their hygiene routine because we didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel. The beds were sunk in so that wasn’t pleasant either.
