"It was ok but missed the finer touches. Last year there was cake and there was biscuits on the coffee tray."

It’s a nice rural location.

The heat in the room was unbearable. The fan did nothing. The shower water was always cold. No matter which way we turned the tap. The room could do with an air con unit in the weather.

Character of the property Homemade cakes on arrival , fresh milk and water bottles a nice gesture

Breakfast was so disappointing and not as advertised (website hasn’t been updated apparently). This felt a bit of a let down and not good value for money. Would not recommend this.

Modern finishes and a nice bath. Countryside location was a big plus

Ran out of toilet roll, unfriendly people and environment. No response to messages whilst there to help solve any problems. Damaged bed, no TV.
