a great barn conversion with lovely rooms

Clean, well appointed. Easily accessible.

No shelves or cupboards in the bathroom. Inadequate storage in the bedroom. No contact with owners or staff. No television. Therefore soulless and impersonal. Add some human touches and provide some personal contact and you will have a 5 star business. Given the above this very expensively priced B&B provided very bad value and the breakfast was inadequate.

Location. Plenty of parking. Very quiet. High specification rooms.

We would have liked a sitting area. We hired the whole place and had nowhere indoors to sit or relax. The rooms do not have chairs or televisions. We had difficulty getting a response to a request for the use of an iron. The rooms all have bright green lights on all through the night which we found disturbing.

Breakfast was good, cooked bacon eggs sausage with options plus other options granola. Drinks available juice plus cappucino, teas and other options. Very nice bread.

The bed was a double which was what we had booked but it felt a bit small as we are used to a queen.

Great location, Very nice clean quirky room, great secure field to exercise your dogs at a very reasonable price

The room was way too hot. No air conditioning, not a healthy environment for a dog, the charge per dog is £15 per night, way too expensive.

Beautifully clean rooms and lovely welcoming baked goods. Check in was seemless and love the dog secure field on site.

It was in a pretty location

The cafe was unable to even to provide a Basic sandwich at 12 15pm The pot of tea tasted awful and even the skinny white coffee wasn't good. We had paid for breakfast the next morning which we thought would be a traditional English but was in fact a filled roll. We had booked our drama adjudicator into what we thought was going to be a lovely nights stay but we won't be using it again as he was woken by banging about from the floor above at 6am not sure if was staff or customers Really 🥺 disappointed x

Rural location, quiet and peaceful! Access to water, milk and a sweet treat upon arrival!
