Very clean and quaint

Bed was hard

Stayed 2nights, nice Hotel, good location, nice rooms. Front desk staff Pauline was a wealth of knowledge and an asset to their team. I would recommend this place & would stay there again.

Great suite with a well-appointed kitchen. Friendly staff and good location for getting to L'Anse aux Meadows. Very clean and continental breakfast was fine.

Water wasn't potable. That isn't exactly the hotel's fault and they provided bottled water but it did impact our ease and enjoyment.

Property was under a boil water advisory, but we weren’t offered bottled water, just told there was a kettle in the room (fair enough, I suppose). Staff at both check-in & check-out were very confusing. I was told my room was “downstairs” (which I assumed was down the stairs), and then that it was on the “main floor”, they vaguely gestured to a door that led to stairs going up & down, only to find out they were gesturing to another door next to it, which led to a corridor of rooms. Check-out staff kept trying to check me out of a different room, even though they had the key fob with my room number on them, and I kept telling them they had my room number wrong. They kept telling me that I was wrong and that I had stayed in another room.

Tolle Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet, super freundliches Personal. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accomodating

We enjoyed our stay, especially the complimentary continental breakfast. The only thing the hotel could use would be an elevator.
