The hotel itself is great. Well kept, clean and neat. Staff was friendly with a decent continental breakfast as a bonus. Ample close parking too. From a tourists perspective well located with a food/licquor/pharmacy a short walk away. Grenfell Historical Society nearby and ashort drive up to the very worthwhile Fishing Point municipal park. If your exploring the area, L'Anse aux Meadows and Burnt cape a very reasonable hotel.

Specifically room 110 (double). Its tucked away behind the reception area down a corridor to the janitors & electrical room. Not a particular problem but the noise from the upstairs room and the reception area did make it an issue.
