Gran Hotel Galerias Plaza

El lugar tenia cucarachas, mi habitacion tenia un cigarro sin con cenizas sin limpiar, olia a cigarrro con insienso, la recepcionista guardo un poco de droga de otros huespedes, habia mucho ruido y me parece que habia varias prostitutas en el lugar, ojo, no estoy exagerando.

Sospechosa, insegura mala calidad del servicio, preferí no hospedarme y buscar otra opción de hotel por mi cuenta esa noche

NOMAS TENÍAN UNA SABANA LAS CAMAS Y TODAS DESGASTADAS.... ÉRAMOS 3 PERSONAS Y NOMAS NOS DIERON 2 COBIJITAS TODAS FEAS......NO HABÍA CESTO PARA BASURA EN EL BAÑO, LES DIJIMOS Y NOS DIERON UNA BOLSA......NUNCA NOS DIERON TOALLAS.......2 VENTILADORES SIN FUNCIONAR.......Y TE ENGAÑAN CON SU PUBLICIDAD PORQUE NO SE LLAMA COMO APARECE EN SU APLICACIÓN......DICEN SER...... GRAN HOTEL GALERIAS PLAZA...... Y EN REALIDAD ES O SE LLAMA.......OYO GALERIAS.........PAGUE 3 NOCHES Y NOMAS DORMIMOS UNA PORQUE LLEGAMOS POR LA NOCHE........P.D. NI LLAVE TE DAN DE LA HABITACION.

Favor dar de baja este hotel en las opciones de expedía. Las fotos que suben nada que ver con la realidad. Preferí no hospedarme y perder mi dinero.

No hay rampa para discapacitados y la recepcionista nada amable

Es un desastre total. Las fotos de la web nada que ver con la realidad. Deberian prohibirle alquilar ese desastre. Mal olor, roto, sucio. Desastre!

No es seguro y viven muchas personas en situación de drogas

Estoy molesta con expedia hicieron el cargo y el dia de la reservacion no aparecia..el hotel diferente a las fotos y el taxista nos dijo que era de mala muerte, quisimos cancelar la reservacion y no aparecia a pesar de contar con el numero de itinerario y que ya estaba pagada con 15 de anticipación aproximadamente. NO RECOMIENDO EXPEDIA NO ES UNA APLICACIÓN CONFIABLE.

There is nothing unique about this place. It is horrid. We walked into our room and literally ran out of there. The neighborhood is one of the sketchiest in Guadalajara. Not what the pictures show at all! The bed sheets were stained with blood the bathroom had no water the hallway was not lit up. It was dark and scary to be honest. The desk clerk was totally unprofessional and not interested in my concerns. Please don’t advertise places like these!’
