"Très mauvais rapport qualité prix"

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement.

Il n’a pas d’ascenseur et l’escalier est etroit. La chambre qui nous a été donnée n’était pas insonorisée. On entendait les gens parler fortement dans le couloir mais également dans la rue. La fenêtre vers la rue ne fermait pas correctement. Impossible de dormir avant 1 heure du matin. Je tiens également à préciser que nous ne sommes pas libres de nos mouvements dans l’hôtel car le personnel est constamment en train de surveiller nos faits et gestes. Franchement je déconseille cet hôtel qui est cher pour les prestations fournies. Nous sommes loin d’un 4 étoiles comme annoncé.

Exceptional positioning, intimate environment. Friendly staff, Beatrice even helped me organize a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday even if she was over her normal schedule.

We didnt get the room we requested and paid for. The room was much smaller than our requested room and the staff member did not acknowledge her error.

Wonderful clean and spacious flat walking to everything. 5 minute walk to train station and ferry and located on great shopping street next to old town. I would highly recommend. Very comfortable and even an ocean view and breeze!

Breakfast. Very poor and unfriendly. Waited for an hour for an omelette which came overcooked and cold.
