I paid for a $200 dollar room with two queen beds and a couch that pulls out to a double bed the ac was broken I had to wait close to 2 hours before they gave in a gave me a different room but it was small not accommodating at all. In the morning when I asked the manager, they charged me for the appropriate size room. They said we can’t do that. We have to give you points what you’re better than money. Well, I want my money back in full for the lack of competence with this hotel, and you would think After arriving at 9 PM check in with three in my room would’ve been checked out and ready to go. I’m pretty sure everyone knew that the air conditioning in that room was broken and gave me the room anyway no transparent displays at all would not recommended the family, friends or enemies.

This is the first time I stayed at this Holiday inn Express and it's one the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Nothing short of spectacular!
