Das Team der Ferienanlage und im Restaurant war mega höflich und sehr kompetent. Wenn ein Problem auftrat wurde es sehr zeitnah behoben.

Das Pflaster der Gehwege zu den Ferienunterkünften waren teilweise sehr uneben, man konnte schnell stolpern.

Es war so eigentlich schön die Lage der See is mega schön. Aber so

ab 21.30 Uhr is die Zeit die wir da waren tv und WLAN ausgefallen. Und ausleihen von Sachen haben die Mitarbeiter sich sehr schwer getan. Das Essen war sehr lecker aber die Service Kraft war nicht so freundlich. Mein Sohn wollte einzelne Kugeln Eis da kam ein Spruch den sie sich sparen könnte. In der eiskarte waren Kugeln zum einzeln verkauf .Dann muss man er nicht anbieten. Wie gesagt es war sauber und die Umgebung der See alles super. Der Preis war auch zuteuer wie gesagt ab 21.30 Uhr war tv und WLAN weg jeden abend. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in der DDR.

"Sehr schöne Ferienanlage"

Wir waren als Familie in der Ferienanlage und waren total begeistert. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich war Weltklasse. Die haben sogar extra nur für uns die Sauna aufgemacht und aufgeheizt. Im Ferienhaus war alles was man benötigt und alles war Blitz Blank. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen und diesmal länger bleiben.

Nicht gefallen haben uns die Extrakosten für Benutzung des Grills und Minigolfanlage.
