Offered rooms with two small single beds.Lucky went to see rooms first and ask for better rooms.Staff did help to accommodate.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the center of town. We could walk everywhere.

Our room was tiny. Booking.com stated there was a terrace and views of which there were neither.

Biz ailece bir gece kaldık iki oda tuttuk otel çalışanları ilgili, kahvaltı yeterli ve bol cesitli, konum merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi oda klimalı buz dolaplıydı fakat bazı eksikler bence çok önemliydi. Mesela odada terlik yoktu bezden oluyor zaten yani bunun maliyeti nedir? Odada ne bir çay veya kahve, su bile yoktu. En azından ısıtıcı olsa kendi işimizi görürdük. Temizlik konusuna gelince banyo vasat altındaydı. Otopark var yazıyor ama yok biz yakın olsun diye karşı sokağa bıraktık arabayı çalışanlar yakınlarda ücretsiz belediye otoparkı olduğunu söyledi. Şimdi bazıları yahu bu paraya ne bekliyorsun diyebilir ama durum öyle değil bir gece sonra Bursa ya gittik ve bundan 400 TL daha ucuza mükemmel bir otelde kaldık. Hiç bir eksiği yoktu ve odaları bunun iki katı büyüktü. Bunları ŞİKAYET OLSUN DİYE DEĞİL tecrübe aktarımı olarak yazıyorum. İşine gelmeyen başka tercih yapabilir.

- The only thing that I did not like was the breakfast, not being as rich as in the photo on the page, but this is not such a bad thing for this hotel.

Great location. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Thank you! Room was clean and comfortable, very good bed. The breakfast food was natural and tasty.

Air conditioning was unmanageable. We got unnecessary room cleaning few hours before we leave.

Great hotel! Central location. The receptionist was very helpful and sort out our car park in no time. I would strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in Canakkale! The breakfast was good and included into the room price!
