OYO Shore Surf Lodge

The property is nice, it was a very last minute booking and staff accommodated us well, great communication, lovely and friendly. Location is good and only a short stroll to the town or a few minutes in the car.

Only slight downside with our room was we had to use a communal shower and toilet, although there are several on the property so there wasn’t a fight to use them

room layout is good and clean but noice from upper floor is anoying.May be due to mesirator from the toilet. Toilet flushes not working well.

Toilet flushes not working well. Need to use the pemp to unblock the toilet( camode). wich is very distressing.

The cleanliness and condition of rooms

The mattresses were really soft and not comfortable for 2 people in the bed.

When I arrived there was no working phone number,and no one there to help us find our room and we couldn't find the key to our room.The email had small info.In the bathroom room we had no working light.And there were people making a lot of noise at night and they were swearing a lot and I have a child who shouldn't hear this type of language in a hotel.Also there was no receptionist to complain to.

It was brilliant. Clean, lovely rooms, even had an air fryer! Fantastic friendly service from Paul too
