"Great stay. I love Jekyll Island, and the perfect weather added to our stay."

Almost everything.

Dogs. Isn’t there a health code regarding dogs in an eating area….on the floor, on the customer’s lap, on the table??? On our way out of the hotel another dog threw up on the carpet in front of the registration desk and the owners kept walking. Can’t you require dog owners to use side exits and keep them out of the common areas?

"The stay was good."

The complimentary breakfast was nice as well as the available coffee throughout. The room was a good size and clean.

The bathroom was rather small and the house cleaning could have done a better job cleaning the bathroom inbetween.

"A horrible stay experience for my family"

Location and proximity to beach and attraction

The room we stayed had electrical problem the entire stay and made our experience as horrible one. I will escalate this on social media and I want my entire money back or compensation for making my family trip a horrible experience because of the problem the hotel had pertaining to our room.
