The locality, alternative power when load shedding happened and gas heater was supplied

The host did not inform her lady on duty that we had booked, had no Knowledge of our booking, the room allocated was not ready and was small. The shower did not work properly and dissapointed that Booking.com took payment before our arrival as this is not what I understood as per the booking web portal on this guesthouse.

There's no back up generator when the load shedding occurs.
