Einrichtung im modernen Alpenstyle, sehr heimelig , gemütlicheund nicht überdesignd.. Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen perfekt. Gute Anbindung zum Walserbus.

Das Wetter🙃

Super Frühstück. Nette Atmosphäre. Toll und ruhig gelegen, man kann direkt loswandern oder in die Gondel steigen. Wir haben ein Upgrade (größeres Zimmer) bekommen.

Matratze könnte etwas besser sein. Wasserkocher mit Kaffee/ Tee im Zimmer wäre schön.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und haben alle Fragen beantwortet! Ich wurde rundum versorgt und war sehr zufrieden. Ich würde jede Zeit wiederkommen und sie ist 100 % empfehlenswert! Die Aussicht auf dem Ifen ist der Hammer! Ich habe mich gefreut bei Ihnen Gast sein zu dürfen. Liebe Grüße Evelyn Faber

Die Lage, der Service, die kreative Ausstattung, rundum alles bestens!!!

The rooms were beautifully decorated, the food and drinks were excellent, and the hotel staff were warm, friendly, and eager to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We especially loved the fact that everything was centrally located - the children's ski school, the ski lift, the restaurant, and the shuttle bus were all within a few hundred meters' walk. During our stay, my daughter unfortunately had an accident and needed to be transported to the hospital. The level of kindness and care that was taken by the owners and staff to help us during this emergency was priceless and will be forever appreciated and remembered. This place is more than just a hotel - it is a home away from home, managed by a wonderful family and staff who understand what it means to be humble, kind, and gracious to all who visit.

I really can't think of anything, Christoph & Tanja and the Auenhuette team went above and beyond to make us feel "at home" and help us when we really needed it the most.
