Everything was perfect! I am very fussy and it was wonderful.

If I had to say anything negative....I didn't like the automatic bathroom light. We all got up during the night to use the bathroom and the light stays on too long. We shut the door to the bathroom after, but it was still bright. Really not a big deal...the rest was perfection!

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, beautiful place

The guy cutting the grass in the morning. We wanted to enjoy our morning before checking out sat on the deck enjoying the peace of the waterside, instead unfortunately there was a guy cutting the grass for a couple of hours driving around the cottage. If checkout is at 11am, I would recommend getting him to wait until then so people can enjoy and relax before checking out

"Great family stay in a peaceful neighborhood."

My husband, two kids and I stayed in the Martha's Vineyard cottage for 2 nights and we had a great stay. The cottage was very clean, had a great layout and the little kitchenette with the mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine and cutting board/knife was great to have. The deck looking out onto the harbor was very nice and we enjoyed walking around the property, using the hammock and checking out the north dock. The complimentary bottle of wine was a really nice touch and was delicious. We are sad we didn't have time to enjoy the firepits.

Everything was great!
